Our project, which was selected : 20 000 m² of office buildings and general facilities, a serene frontal presence initiating the re-urbanisation of the canal. Office units meeting the latest market standards ( generous raised floors, air-conditioning, 2,70 m high ceilings …) stand out as clearly identified volumes rhythmed by large entrance halls offering see-through vistas of the enclosed garden, the latter echoing
the proposed walkways along the canal banks, just as the ochre and dark red hues of the building tie in with those of the neighbouring building, the Christofle silversmith manufacture.
